Somalia moves to strengthen public-sector leadership

Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre met the leadership of Somalia's National Leadership Academy in Mogadishu to discuss expanding professional training for public officials.

The talks focused on developing a new generation of government leaders, improving institutional capacity and strengthening the academy's role in public administration.
