Kenyan firm secures 540,000 tonnes of Zambian maize
A Kenyan company signed a deal with Zambia's Food Reserve Agency to import 540,000 tonnes of white maize in six consignments.

A Kenyan company has signed an agreement with Zambia's Food Reserve Agency for the supply of 540,000 tonnes of white maize.
The Grade A, non-GMO grain will be delivered to Kenya in six consignments, including five shipments of 100,000 tonnes each and a final 40,000-tonne batch.
The agreement is expected to strengthen Kenya's grain supply while expanding agricultural trade between the two countries.
